I've never carried my P226, for that specific reason.

It is a full size "battle pistol," like the Beretta M9. Wouldn't CC that either.

Bought a P99C for CC, but since that's a "double stack," might look for something "thinner." The P99C also has a "decocker."

Love the feel of the Shield, but hate the trigger. May look at a PPS M2. Wouldn't mind also looking at the P225, but want to check it's width. You don't see many of those in stores...
